Origin Story
从前，有一个村庄，村长要带领村民修建一条水渠。修建水渠需要翻越一座大山，工程浩大，艰巨而危险。村里很多人对此畏缩不前，而小伙子张三却站了出来。他勇敢地承担了最困难的任务，带领大家克服了重重困难，最终成功修建了水渠，为全村带来了福祉。另一个村庄则相反，他们的村长避重就轻，只安排一些轻松简单的任务，而将最危险、最困难的任务推给其他人，导致工程进展缓慢，甚至险些造成事故。最终，张三所在的村庄因为积极进取而获得了丰收，而另一个村庄因为避重就轻而遭受了损失，村民们都指责村长无能。
Once upon a time, there was a village where the village head needed to lead the villagers to build an irrigation canal. Building the canal required crossing a mountain, a huge and dangerous project. Many villagers hesitated, but a young man named Zhang San stepped up. He bravely took on the most difficult tasks and led everyone to overcome many difficulties, finally successfully building the canal and bringing blessings to the whole village. In another village, however, their village head avoided the difficult tasks and only assigned light and simple tasks, while pushing the most dangerous and difficult tasks to others, resulting in slow progress and even nearly causing accidents. In the end, Zhang San's village reaped a bountiful harvest due to their proactive approach, while the other village suffered losses due to their avoidance of responsibility and the villagers blamed their incompetent village head.
