In the Tang Dynasty, there was a poet named Li Bai who admired the legendary Penglai Immortal Island. He heard that the island was beautiful and full of mystical energy, a place where immortals lived. So, he set his mind to ascending the unreachable island. He began to search for ways to reach the island. Some told him that the island was deep in the East China Sea, shrouded in mist, with steep peaks and rugged cliffs, accessible only to those who had cultivated immortality. Li Bai was not discouraged. He believed that with perseverance, any difficulty could be overcome. He began to meditate and learn magical arts, hoping to gain the ability to fly and teleport, ultimately reaching Penglai. He practiced day and night, even forgetting the passage of time. After several years, Li Bai's magical arts improved rapidly, and he was finally able to fly on a sword and soar through the air. He rode his flying sword to the depths of the East China Sea, passing through layers of mist, and finally arrived at Penglai Immortal Island. However, when he set foot on the island, he discovered that the island was not as perfect as he had imagined. The island was full of dangerous traps and ferocious beasts, and he had to proceed cautiously. He ended up traveling the island for a long time, admiring its wonders and writing many famous works before reluctantly leaving the island.
