Once upon a time, there was a small village where the villagers had lived by growing rice for generations. He introduced new farming techniques to the villagers, such as using improved seeds, scientific fertilization methods, and efficient irrigation techniques. At first, the villagers were skeptical about the new methods; they were accustomed to the old farming methods and worried that the new methods would not work. However, the college graduate did not give up; he repeatedly explained the advantages of the new farming techniques to the villagers and demonstrated them personally. With the college graduate's persistence, some villagers began trying the new methods. The results were surprising. Those villagers who used the new methods had much higher yields than before. Seeing such significant results, other villagers also joined the ranks of using the new methods. A few years later, the small village was transformed, and the villagers' living standards had significantly improved. The story of this small village is a vivid example of "changing the old ways." It tells us that only by daring to abandon old and backward methods and daring to try new things can we achieve greater success.
