话说唐朝时期，有个名叫李纲的官员，以刚正不阿著称。一次朝堂之上，皇帝与众大臣讨论国家大事，李纲因坚持自己的意见，与皇帝及其他大臣发生了激烈的争论。皇帝对李纲的固执感到不满，但李纲依然坚持己见，寸步不让。最终，皇帝虽然没有采纳李纲的意见，却也对他刚正不阿的精神有所欣赏。此事之后，李纲的“固执己见”便成为后人谈论的焦点。有人批评他固执，也有人赞扬他忠诚。但无论如何，李纲的故事体现了一种不畏强权，坚持原则的精神。在日常生活中，我们也要学会坚持自己的原则，但也要注意方式方法，不能一味地固执己见，要学会倾听别人的意见，灵活变通，才能更好地处理人际关系，完成自己的目标。
