Origin Story
During the Zhenquan era of the Tang Dynasty, a poet named Li Bai traveled from Sichuan to Chang'an to visit an old friend. His friend was not home, but his wife warmly received Li Bai. She not only provided a sumptuous meal but also offered fine wine from her cellar, and they had a lively conversation about poetry and life. Li Bai was deeply moved and wrote the famous poem "将进酒". This is a perfect example of the host's hospitality.
