In the Tang Dynasty, a border crisis arose when enemy troops invaded. General Li Mu, remaining calm amidst the danger, quickly assembled his troops and personally rallied the people to fight the enemy together. He traveled day and night, shuttling between villages and explaining to the villagers the enemy's cruelty and the importance of defending their homes. This inspired the villagers' patriotism, and many spontaneously joined the anti-enemy forces, fighting alongside the soldiers to ultimately win the battle. This story illustrates General Li Mu's bravery and responsibility, as well as the people's patriotism and unity.
