Explanation

Describes the scene where people quickly spread important news.
Origin Story
During the Spring and Autumn Period, eleven states, including Jin and Chu, held a meeting in Guo. Chu's envoy, Xiong Qian, displayed such a grand procession that it far exceeded the standards for official travel at the time. Only the emperor’s trips included one hundred members of the Tiger Battalion, while the lowest-ranking officials only had one attendant whose task was to "report and run", ie inform the local people along the route. Xiong Qian’s actions offended the envoys from other states, who found Chu too ostentatious and detrimental to the solemn atmosphere of the meeting. News spread quickly throughout the envoys’ camps, and they discussed and shared information. Some envoys even secretly contacted each other to curb Chu's arrogance. Eventually, under pressure from other states, Chu had to tone it down, and the meeting could proceed smoothly.
