Origin Story
三国时期，蜀汉丞相诸葛亮，以开诚布公的态度对待朝臣，不因私情而徇私枉法。诸葛亮在临终前，嘱咐后主刘禅，若刘禅不能胜任，他可以取而代之，并叮嘱刘禅要信任忠臣，不可重用奸臣。诸葛亮开诚布公的治国之道，为后世所称道。
During the Three Kingdoms period, Zhuge Liang, the prime minister of Shu Han, treated his officials with openness and honesty, without favoring wrongdoings due to personal feelings. Before his death, Zhuge Liang instructed the emperor Liu Chan that if Liu Chan could not be competent, he could take his place. He also urged Liu Chan to trust loyal ministers and not to employ treacherous officials. Zhuge Liang's way of governing with openness and honesty was praised by future generations.
