In the Tang Dynasty, a famous physician in the capital was appointed imperial physician after curing the empress’s illness. Once, when he went to the palace to treat the emperor, the emperor's complexion was pale, his breath weak, and the imperial physicians were at a loss. This physician stepped forward, carefully examined the emperor's pulse, his expression serious, and calmly ordered the palace maids to prepare the herbs. In reality, he was very panicked, because he had never seen such an illness before. However, relying on years of medical experience and a calm demeanor, he successfully stabilized the emperor's condition and finally found a way to treat him.
