欲擒故纵

三国时期，诸葛亮与司马懿斗智斗勇。一次，司马懿率大军来犯，诸葛亮却故意示弱，撤兵而去。司马懿疑惑不解，深入蜀中，结果中了诸葛亮的埋伏，损失惨重。诸葛亮正是用了“欲擒故纵”之计，先放走司马懿，让他放松警惕，再集中兵力将其歼灭。

Sānguó shíqí, zhūgě liàng yǔ sìmǎ yì dòuzhì dòuyǒng. Yī cì, sìmǎ yì shuài dàjūn lái fàn, zhūgě liàng què gùyì shì ruò, chèbīng ér qù. Sìmǎ yì yíhuò bù jiě, shēnrù shǔ zhōng, jiéguǒ zhōng le zhūgě liàng de máifú, sǔnshī cǎnzhòng. Zhūgě liàng zhèngshì yòng le “yù qín gù zòng” zhī jì, xiān fàng zǒu sìmǎ yì, ràng tā fàngsōng jǐngtí, zài jízhōng bīnglì qí jī miè.

During the Three Kingdoms period, Zhuge Liang and Sima Yi fought wits and courage. Once, Sima Yi led a large army to attack, but Zhuge Liang deliberately showed weakness and withdrew his troops. Sima Yi was puzzled and went deep into Shu, but fell into Zhuge Liang's ambush and suffered heavy losses. Zhuge Liang used the strategy of "catch and then release", letting Sima Yi go first to make him careless, and then concentrating his troops to annihilate him.

主要用于形容一种战略战术，故意先放开对方，使其放松警惕，再伺机将其捉住。

zhǔyào yòng yú xíngróng yī zhǒng zhànlüè zhànshù, gùyì xiān fàng kāi duìfāng, shǐ qí fàngsōng jǐngtì, zài cìjī qí jiāng zhuō zhù.

Mainly used to describe a strategic tactic, deliberately letting go of the opponent first, making him relax his vigilance, and then seizing the opportunity to capture him.
