海晏河清

传说上古时期，黄河水清澈见底，大海风平浪静，天下太平，百姓安居乐业。这便是海晏河清的景象。后来，人们用这个成语来形容国家安定、社会祥和的盛世局面。传说大禹治水成功后，黄河河水清澈，大海风平浪静，呈现出一派太平盛世的景象，百姓安居乐业，这便是“海晏河清”的由来。唐朝诗人薛逢在《九日曲池游眺》中写道：“正当海晏河清日，便是修文偃武时。”表达了诗人对国家太平盛世的期盼。
