To describe breaking through obstacles, escaping constraints, and leaving quickly. It can also refer to criminals escaping.
Origin Story
话说唐朝时期,一个书生名叫李白,从小就对诗歌有着非凡的才华,但是他的父亲却希望他能够走仕途,考取功名,光宗耀祖。李白很不情愿,但他不敢反抗父亲的意愿,只能闷闷不乐地读书应试。一次,李白在参加科举考试的时候,因为卷子内容过于大胆,触犯了考官的忌讳,被主考官当场斥责,李白愤然离场,心里暗自发誓:我一定要凭借自己的才华,闯出一片天地来!他决定弃文从武,但是他父亲却坚决反对,父子俩因此发生了激烈的争吵。争吵中,李白一气之下,破门而出,离开了家,开始了他的游历生涯。他游历各地,创作了大量的诗歌,最终成为一代诗仙。
Once upon a time, during the Tang Dynasty, there was a scholar named Li Bai, who since young was gifted in writing poetry. However, his father wished for him to seek an official career and gain a distinguished reputation. Li Bai didn't want this, and though he did not dare to oppose his father's wishes, he went through his days unhappy while preparing for the examinations. One day during a civil service examination, his writings were so bold they angered the official in charge, and Li Bai was scolded and left in anger. He secretly swore that one day he would use his talent to become great. He decided to leave his studies behind and join the military, but his father opposed his decision fiercely, and a terrible fight erupted between them. In the midst of the argument, Li Bai stormed out of his home, and so began his journey of travels and writing, eventually becoming known as a great poet.
