Alana, frail and sickly from a young age, had always been overprotected by her family, never experiencing any challenges. Growing up, she always felt weak and helpless when faced with problems at work, unable to solve problems independently, and had to rely on the help of her colleagues. One important project needed her to complete it alone, she was afraid of failure, anxious and uneasy, and eventually, due to lack of confidence and ability, she missed this valuable opportunity, and deepened her sense of powerlessness. This incident made her realize that overprotection did not make her strong, but instead made her weaker, losing the courage and ability to face challenges independently. She began to exercise actively and strive to improve her professional skills, hoping to overcome her weakness and become an independent and confident person.
