During the Three Kingdoms period, Zhuge Liang assisted Liu Bei and made great contributions to the Shu Han kingdom. Once, Liu Bei listened to malicious rumors, rashly dispatched troops, and fell into an enemy trap. Zhuge Liang remained calm and had prepared three clever plans in advance, each written on a note inside a brocade bag, to help Liu Bei. At critical moments, Liu Bei opened them and was able to escape danger. The first bag suggested that he should remain calm and not act rashly, the second advised him to create a false show of strength to confuse the enemy, and the third was about seeking aid from Sun Quan. Liu Bei followed Zhuge Liang’s plans step-by-step, successfully escaping danger and turning the tide of the battle. This story is passed down to this day and has become a symbol of wisdom and strategic thinking.
