In ancient China, during the Tang Dynasty, there was a young scholar named Li Bai who traveled to Chang'an to take the imperial examination, carrying a full heart of learning. However, fate played tricks on him. When he was rushing to the examination hall, he encountered a sudden storm. The violent storm and heavy rain drenched him to the bone, his clothes were torn, and worse, his examination papers were soaked and the words were blurred. Li Bai watched helplessly as his years of hard work were ruined by the rain; he felt his soul fly to the heavens, his eyes darkened, and he almost fainted. At this moment, an old man with a cane slowly walked up to him and offered him a clean towel, whispering words of comfort: “Young man, don't lose heart, heaven doesn't close all doors.” Encouraged by the old man, Li Bai regained his hope. He wiped the rain from his face, endured his fear and frustration, and began to gather his thoughts, starting to compose new essays. Despite the time constraints, Li Bai, with his extraordinary talent and perseverance, ultimately finished an excellent examination paper. Finally, Li Bai succeeded in the examination and realized his dream.
