话说战国时期，魏国有个著名的政治家叫李悝，他推行了一系列的经济改革，使得魏国国力大增。然而，李悝在改革过程中得罪了不少权贵，最终被奸臣所害。李悝死后，魏国的改革戛然而止，许多好的政策都因为无人执行而夭折，魏国的国力也因此开始衰落。这便是“人亡政息”的真实写照。李悝的改革，如同一条奔腾的河流，因他的离去而断流，留下的只有干涸的河床和人们的惋惜。
During the Warring States period, there was a famous statesman in the Wei state named Li Kui, who implemented a series of economic reforms that greatly increased the national strength of Wei.
