Origin Story

话说汉武帝刘彻对李夫人宠爱有加,李夫人擅长歌舞,深得汉武帝欢心。可惜天妒英才,李夫人英年早逝。汉武帝悲痛欲绝,为其厚葬。思念之情日益浓烈,便请来方士为李夫人招魂。在设好的帷帐中,汉武帝翘首以待,良久,才见李夫人的身影若隐若现,缓缓飘来,汉武帝不禁感叹道:‘我盼望你归来,你却姗姗来迟啊!’

It is said that Emperor Wu of Han, Liu Che, loved Lady Li very much. Lady Li was skilled in singing and dancing, and was deeply loved by Emperor Wu. Unfortunately, fate was unkind, and Lady Li died young. Emperor Wu was heartbroken and gave her a grand burial. His longing for her grew stronger day by day, so he invited a sorcerer to summon Lady Li's soul. In the prepared canopy, Emperor Wu waited expectantly. After a long wait, Lady Li's figure appeared faintly, slowly floating. Emperor Wu sighed: 'I have been eagerly waiting for your return, but you have come so late!'

Usage
