Origin Story

Once upon a time, in a small mountain village, lived a young man named Amin. Amin was quick-tempered and easily provoked, often flying into a rage over trivial matters. The villagers advised him to stay calm and think things through before getting angry. One day, Amin went to the market to buy things and got into an argument with a vendor over the price, nearly coming to blows. An old man saw this and stepped forward to mediate: “Young man, why get angry over such a small matter? Calm down and think, what’s the big deal? In life, things don’t always go our way, if you get angry over every little thing, won’t you live in anger?” Amin felt ashamed after hearing the old man’s words, calmed down and realized he had overreacted. From that day on, Amin began to learn how to control his emotions and strive to remain calm. He started practicing deep breathing and meditation, and slowly his temper improved, and he became more popular. He deeply understood that remaining calm not only makes him feel better, but also helps him handle interpersonal relationships better, making his life more harmonious and beautiful.
