Two famous Chinese writers of the Han Dynasty, Sima Xiangru and Yang Xiong, had very different writing styles. Sima Xiangru was known for his gorgeous prose, while Yang Xiong focused on the ideas in his writing. However, both achieved remarkable literary heights. Later, they were described with the phrase "Tong Gong Yi Qu", which means that although their works were different, they achieved the same artistic standards.
