Origin Story
从前，在一个偏僻的小山村里，住着一位老中医。他医术高明，远近闻名，每天都有许多病人前来求医。一天，一位年轻的农妇带着她患病的儿子前来求医。老中医仔细地检查了农妇儿子的病情，发现孩子患的是一种罕见的疾病，症状复杂，难以根治。农妇焦急万分，不断地询问老中医有没有办法治好她的儿子。老中医捋着胡须，沉思片刻后说道：“此病非同小可，要治好他，必须先找到病根。这病的根源在于孩子长期饮食不均衡，身体虚弱，导致抵抗力下降。要想治好此病，必须从饮食入手，调理孩子的身体，增强他的抵抗力。这才是治病的根本。”农妇听了老中医的话，深感认同，并按照老中医的嘱咐，精心照料她的儿子，并注意调整儿子的饮食结构。一段时间后，孩子的病情得到了显著的好转，最终痊愈。这个故事告诉我们，做任何事情都要追根溯源，找到问题的根本原因才能有效解决问题，切不可盲目行事，否则只会事倍功半，甚至适得其反。
Once upon a time, in a remote mountain village, lived an old traditional Chinese doctor. He was renowned for his superb medical skills, and every day many patients came to seek his treatment. One day, a young peasant woman brought her sick son to see him. The old doctor carefully examined the boy's condition and found that he was suffering from a rare disease, with complex symptoms that were difficult to cure. The mother was extremely anxious and kept asking the doctor if there was any way to cure her son. The old doctor stroked his beard, thought for a moment, and said, "This disease is no small matter; to cure him, we must first find the root cause. The root of this illness lies in the child's long-term unbalanced diet, resulting in weakness and decreased immunity. To cure this disease, we must start with diet and regulate the child's body to strengthen his immunity. This is the fundamental approach to treatment." The peasant woman, deeply understanding, followed the doctor's instructions, carefully caring for her son and paying attention to adjusting his diet. After a while, the child's condition significantly improved and eventually healed. This story tells us that in doing anything, we must trace the source, find the root cause of the problem, then we can effectively solve the problem. We should not act blindly; otherwise, we will only be twice the trouble, or even counterproductive.
