从前，在一个小山村里，住着两户人家，分别是李家和王家。李家有个儿子叫李大宝，王家有个儿子叫王小虎。他们俩从小一起长大，一起上学，一起玩耍，感情非常深厚。他们一起经历过许多事情，无论是快乐还是悲伤，他们都互相扶持，互相帮助。有一天，他们俩去山上玩，不小心摔下山崖，幸好被村民救了起来，但是李大宝的腿摔断了。王小虎得知后，非常着急，立刻跑去照顾李大宝，给他端茶送水，给他读书讲故事，让他不至于太无聊。就这样，王小虎日夜守护在李大宝身边，直到李大宝的腿好了。这件事让村民们深受感动，都说他们俩情同手足，是真正的兄弟。
Once upon a time, in a small mountain village, there lived two families, the Lis and the Wangs. The Li family had a son named Li Dabao, and the Wang family had a son named Wang Xiaohu. The two of them grew up together, went to school together, and played together, their friendship was very deep. They went through many things together, whether happy or sad, they supported and helped each other. One day, they went to play in the mountains and accidentally fell off a cliff. Fortunately, they were rescued by the villagers, but Li Dabao broke his leg. When Wang Xiaohu heard about this, he was very worried and immediately went to take care of Li Dabao, bringing him tea and water, and reading to him stories to keep him from being too bored. In this way, Wang Xiaohu guarded Li Dabao day and night until Li Dabao's leg was healed. This incident touched the villagers deeply, and they all said that the two of them were as close as brothers, true brothers.
