Origin Story
话说大禹治水成功后，舜帝禅位于他，从此开启了夏朝的统治。大禹励精图治，使得夏朝国力强盛，百姓安居乐业。夏朝的版图逐渐扩大，最终统一了整个中原地区。大禹巡视各地，看到百姓们生活富足，心中充满欣慰。他站在高高的山上，远眺着广袤的土地，感慨道："普天之下，都是夏朝的土地；这片土地上的所有子民，都是夏朝的臣民！"
After Yu the Great successfully controlled the floods, Emperor Shun ceded the throne to him, thus starting the Xia Dynasty's reign. Yu the Great governed diligently, making the Xia Dynasty prosperous and the people living in peace and contentment. The Xia Dynasty's territory gradually expanded, eventually unifying the entire Central Plains region. Yu the Great toured various places, seeing that the people were living in abundance and he felt comforted in his heart. Standing on a high mountain, he looked out at the vast land and exclaimed: "Under the whole heaven, all is the land of the Xia Dynasty; all the people on this land are subjects of the Xia Dynasty!"
Usage
用于形容范围极广，无所不包。
Used to describe an extremely wide and all-encompassing range.
