Origin Story
Young Li Bai, intelligent and studious from a young age, came from a poor family. He traveled extensively to learn, his footprints covering famous mountains and rivers, visiting renowned masters and studying poetry and swordsmanship. He often wandered among the mountains and rivers, sometimes living in thatched huts in the mountains, sometimes lodging in rural farmhouses, leading a poor but free life. He sometimes sailed down rivers, sometimes galloped on horseback. His figure often appeared in the rivers and lakes, and occasionally in the imperial court. His poetry, filled with longing for freedom, pursuit of ideals, and the melancholy of a wandering life, still resonates today. Despite his wandering existence, he always maintained a childlike heart. Ultimately, he became the great poet immortalized as the "Poetry Immortal", his works echoing down the ages, inspiring awe and contemplation.
