Old Zhang was an experienced tea farmer who tasted the tea leaves he grew every day. Each tea leaf's taste contained different stories, some bitter, some sweet, and some fragrant. Old Zhang closed his eyes, savoring the taste of the tea leaves dancing in his mouth, understanding the nuances himself. He knew the growth process of each tea leaf, the wind and rain it had experienced, the sunshine it had felt. He knew the bitterness and joy hidden behind each tea leaf. Only he could understand these tastes, and no one else could empathize with him.
