Origin Story
从前,有个清官名叫李公,他为官清廉,一心为民。一日,一位富商前来拜访,送上大量的金银珠宝,想请李公帮忙解决生意上的难题。李公断然拒绝,分文未取,并告诫富商要诚实经营。后来,李公的清廉正直名扬天下,成为后世学习的榜样。
Once upon a time, there was a clean official named Li Gong, who was honest and devoted to the people. One day, a wealthy merchant came to visit him, offering a large amount of gold and jewels, hoping for Li Gong's help to solve business problems. Li Gong resolutely refused, taking nothing, and warned the merchant to conduct business honestly. Later, Li Gong's integrity and honesty became known throughout the land, becoming a model for future generations.
