Origin Story
In ancient times, there was a hunchbacked man named Guo Luotuo in Chang'an City who made a living by planting trees. Many rich people asked him to transplant trees because the trees he planted all grew well. Someone asked him for his secret, and he said, "I simply adapt to local conditions and let the trees grow naturally." He selected suitable planting methods according to the characteristics of different tree species, different soils, and different environments, and carefully cared for them. Later, people learned from his experience in planting trees the principles of governance: In order to succeed, one must deal with things according to the actual situation.
