Legend has it that in ancient times, there was a scholar named Wang Sheng who loved his wife deeply. Sadly, his wife unfortunately died of an illness, and Wang Sheng was heartbroken. He was in a daze all day long, couldn't eat or drink, and his body became thin and weak. Finally, he became so disoriented from excessive grief that he was completely lost and bewildered, often muttering to himself as if his wife was still alive. To find his wife's soul, he traveled far and wide, looking for all kinds of unusual people from folklore who might be able to help him recover his wife. However, in the end, he never found his wife's soul and could only live on in the world with endless sorrow and loneliness.
