Once upon a time, there was a scholar who was always anxious about the imperial examinations and was getting thinner and thinner. Later, he decided to let go of his burdens and no longer cling to fame and fortune, but rather maintain a peaceful mentality. He read and practiced calligraphy daily, ate regularly, and unknowingly gained weight. One day, an old friend came to visit. Seeing him so relaxed and well-fed, he couldn't help but exclaim: "You are so relaxed and well-fed, you look so good! It can be seen that in life, peace of mind is most important!"
