Once upon a time, there was a young man named A Fu, who was diligent and successful in his business and had a wealthy background. He was sincere to others, generous, and cultivated many friendships, therefore he was very popular with his neighbors. Every day, A Fu had a smile on his face, an open mind, and was carefree. Over time, not only did his business flourish, but his body also became increasingly stout, he became round and content. He often said that the most important thing in life is happiness and joy, and a healthy body is necessary to better enjoy life. He embodied with his actions the true meaning of 'xin guang ti pang'.
