话说唐朝诗人苏轼，特别喜爱菊花，每逢重阳佳节，必登高赏菊，并作诗赋词。一日，苏轼与友人王巩同游赏菊，友人王巩感叹时光易逝，苏轼便兴之所至，写下名句“相逢不用忙归去，明日黄花蝶也愁”。这句诗描绘了重阳节后菊花凋谢的景象，也暗含了人生的短暂与世事变化的无常。后来，“明日黄花”就用来比喻那些过时的事物和消息。
It is said that Su Shi, a poet of the Tang Dynasty, was particularly fond of chrysanthemums. Every year on the Double Ninth Festival, he would climb a height to admire the chrysanthemums and compose poems and songs. One day, Su Shi and his friend Wang Gong went to admire chrysanthemums together. Wang Gong sighed at the passing of time, and Su Shi, inspired, wrote the famous line, "There's no need to hurry back, the withered chrysanthemums of tomorrow even worry the butterflies." This poem depicts the scene of withered chrysanthemums after the Double Ninth Festival, also implying the fleeting nature of life and the impermanence of the world. Later, "Tomorrow's yellow flower" was used to refer to outdated things and news.
