An elderly general, who had spent his life on the battlefield, retired to the mountains. However, he found that his steps were difficult; every step was exceptionally arduous. Once, he rode across the battlefield, commanding thousands of troops, but now even simple walking was a challenge. His former heroic spirit on the battlefield could only be found in memories. He used a cane and moved step by step, each step seeming like a long journey. The once familiar mountains and rivers now seemed foreign, as if mocking his old age. Yet, he held himself upright, his eyes full of determination, writing his own legend with his weather-beaten steps.
