Origin Story

Once upon a time, there was a village that needed to build a dam. The village head called a meeting of the villagers to discuss it. Old Zhang, a renowned mason in the village, believed himself experienced and, without consulting others, designed a plan and immediately started work. Other villagers, seeing Old Zhang work alone, thought the plan inappropriate but hesitated to object directly, preferring to observe. Old Zhang's plan was flawed, and the dam, upon completion, soon developed cracks, nearly causing disaster. Then they realized the danger of acting independently and suggested a new plan, learning from their mistakes, finally building a sturdy, reliable dam.
