Explanation
Hui Mo Ru Shen means to conceal the truth of a matter and keep it secret.
Origin Story
During the Spring and Autumn period, a series of power struggles occurred in the state of Lu. Duke Zhuang of Lu favored Meng Ren and her son Ban, wanting to make Ban the crown prince, while Qing Fu and Shu Ya each had their own plans. In order to seize the throne, they launched a life-or-death struggle. Shu Ya was killed, and Ban succeeded to the throne, but was soon killed by Qing Fu, who finally usurped the throne. This history was filled with blood and intrigue, and because it was too cruel and complicated, Confucius made no mention of it in the Spring and Autumn Annals. This is the origin of "Hui Mo Ru Shen". The truth of history was deliberately concealed, and later generations could only speculate on the situation at that time from scattered records. This also reflects the cruelty and complexity of political struggles at that time.
