一孔之见

Once upon a time, there was an old farmer living in a village, with a well in front of his house. One day, he discovered many frogs in the well, so he went to catch frogs by the well every day. One day, a young man came to the village and saw the old farmer's method, which he found strange, and asked, "Old man, your method of catching frogs is unique, why not use a net?" Seeing the young man's embarrassment, the old farmer said with a smile, "Young man, you only see the superficial simplicity of my method but ignore my experience and skills. Catching frogs is not as simple as picking them out with a bamboo pole; it requires years of experience and understanding of frogs' habits.
