Origin Story
It is said that Du Fu, a poet of the Tang Dynasty, loved drinking and writing poetry. One day, he made an appointment with a friend for a drink, and during the drinking session, he was inspired to write poems, reciting one after another. His friend was amazed by the number of Du Fu's poems, and exclaimed, "Brother Du, your poems are truly countless!" Du Fu laughed heartily and added a few more poems, "My poetic inspiration is so strong today, it's not just countless, I think there are even more!" Thus, everyone continued drinking and having fun, with laughter and cheers, and Du Fu’s poems poured out like a spring. Only when night fell did everyone reluctantly disperse. Du Fu's poems have been passed down to this day, and their sheer number is truly amazing, enough to confirm the meaning of "unknown number".
