话说唐朝时期,有个才华横溢的书生名叫李白,他从小就博览群书,对诗词歌赋尤其精通。一天,他游历到一座古老的寺庙,寺庙里收藏着大量的经书典籍,其中有一部记载了唐朝历代文人墨客的生平事迹。李白翻阅着这部书,越看越兴奋,书中记载了无数文人的故事,他们的才华、他们的经历,他们的功过,都栩栩如生,令人叹为观止。他看得如痴如醉,不知不觉就到了深夜。李白合上书,感慨万千地说:‘唐朝文人墨客之多,他们的故事和成就,真是举不胜举啊!’他一边沉思一边踱步,心中充满了对这些文人的敬仰之情。
It is said that during the Tang Dynasty, there was a talented scholar named Li Bai, who since childhood had read a large number of books and was particularly proficient in poetry and calligraphy. One day, he traveled to an ancient temple where a large number of Buddhist scriptures and records were kept, including one that contained the biographies of writers and scholars from the various dynasties of the Tang Dynasty. Li Bai flipped through this book, and the more he read, the more excited he became. The book recounted countless stories of writers and scholars; their talent, experiences, merits, and demerits were described vividly and impressively. So engrossed was he in reading that he didn’t notice it was already late at night. When Li Bai closed the book, he sighed deeply and said, “The writers and scholars of the Tang Dynasty, however numerous they were, their stories and achievements are countless!” He paced back and forth thoughtfully, his heart filled with admiration for these literati.
