Legend has it that the clothes worn by the celestial weaver girl Zhinü were woven from unique celestial threads, light and elegant, without a single seam, hence the idiom "Tianyi wufen." Later, people used this idiom to describe things that were perfect and flawless, without any flaws. During the Han Dynasty, there was a man named Guo Han who was fond of astronomy. He would often look up at the stars at night and observe the celestial phenomena. One night, while he was enjoying the cool air in his courtyard, he suddenly saw a woman dressed in white descending from the heavens. She was beautiful and graceful, like a fairy descending to earth. Guo Han stepped forward and asked her, and the woman introduced herself as Zhinü. She told Guo Han that the clothes she was wearing were celestial garments, not made from earthly needlework, so there were no seams. Guo Han examined them carefully and found it to be true, marveling in his heart. This story has been passed down to this day, and people often use "Tianyi wufen" to describe things that are perfect and flawless, without any defects. It also reflects people's pursuit and longing for perfection.
