话说大禹治水成功后，天下恢复了平静，人们安居乐业，社会安定祥和。百姓们都说，如今的社会是朗朗乾坤，一片祥和。可是，这祥和的背后，却隐藏着危机。一些贪官污吏，暗中作乱，欺压百姓。百姓们开始怨声载道，社会上也出现了一些动乱。大禹知道后，下令彻查，将那些贪官污吏绳之以法，社会这才恢复了往日的平静。从此，朗朗乾坤，国泰民安。
