In the Tang Dynasty, there was a scholar named Li Bai who, since childhood, had been determined to pass the imperial examination and bring honor to his ancestors. After ten years of diligent study, he finally succeeded and was appointed to a high official position. The emperor highly appreciated him and appointed him to the Hanlin Academy, bestowing upon him many gold and silver treasures and luxurious silks. Li Bai, dressed in a golden robe and a golden crown, set out for his hometown with great enthusiasm. Along the way, he admired the beautiful countryside, feeling full of emotion. Upon returning home, his fellow villagers warmly welcomed him, their houses decorated with lanterns, and firecrackers exploding in celebration.
