During the Warring States period, the famous doctor Bian Que examined Cai Huan Gong three times. The first time, Bian Que found that Cai Huan Gong had sores on his skin and advised him to treat them early, but Cai Huan Gong did not take it seriously; the second time, the sores had already penetrated the muscles, and Bian Que again advised him, but Cai Huan Gong still refused to listen; the third time, the sores had penetrated the bone marrow, Bian Que knew that Cai Huan Gong was incurable, and left the state of Cai.
