从前，在一个偏僻的小山村里，住着一位名叫阿牛的年轻樵夫。他每天都要上山砍柴，养活自己和年迈的母亲。一天，阿牛像往常一样上山砍柴，不料，天有不测风云，下午的时候，天空乌云密布，瞬间狂风大作，风雨交加，大雨倾盆而下。阿牛来不及躲避，被困在了深山老林里。山路泥泞不堪，阿牛费了九牛二虎之力才下山，回到家时，他已经浑身湿透，疲惫不堪了。他母亲看到他这副样子，心疼不已，连忙给他端来了热腾腾的姜汤，让他暖和身子。阿牛喝了姜汤，躺在床上休息，回想起刚才惊险的一幕，仍然心有余悸。他暗暗祈祷，希望以后再也不要遇到这样的风雨交加的天气了。
