话说汉高祖刘邦战胜项羽后，在洛阳南宫设宴庆功。席间，他问众臣：‘我与项羽相比，究竟有什么不同？’群臣纷纷赞扬刘邦仁义。刘邦却谦虚地说：‘运筹帷幄之中，决胜千里之外，非子房所长也；安抚百姓，使之乐业，非萧何所长也；率兵打仗，战无不胜，非韩信所长也。但我有幸能够得到这三位贤才辅佐，方能取得天下。’这便是刘邦的‘决胜千里’的智慧，他懂得借助贤才之力，才能成就大业。这故事说明了，个人能力再强，也需要团队的合作才能取得更大的成就。
It is said that after Emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty, Liu Bang, defeated Xiang Yu, he held a celebratory banquet in his palace in Luoyang. During the banquet, he asked his ministers: 'What is the difference between me and Xiang Yu?' The ministers praised Liu Bang's benevolence and righteousness. But Liu Bang humbly replied: 'Strategic planning and victory from afar are Zhang Liang's strengths; appeasing the people and ensuring their prosperity are Xiao He's strengths; leading the army to victory is Han Xin's strengths. But I was fortunate enough to have these three talented men assisting me, and that is why I could conquer the empire.' This is the wisdom of Liu Bang's 'decision over thousands of miles': He understood how to use the strengths of talented men to achieve his goals. The story shows that even the strongest individuals rely on teamwork to achieve greater success.
