Once upon a time, in a small town in southern China, there lived two young men, one named A Fu and the other A Shou. Although their family circumstances were very different - A Fu's family was wealthy, A Shou's family was poor - the two shared the same interests and grew up together. They studied and trained together and overcame difficulties together. In a devastating flood, A Shou was trapped in a valley. A Fu, without regard for his own safety, jumped into the water and rescued A Shou. From then on, they were even closer and called each other brothers, "chengxiong daodi". Together they traveled the country, helping those in need, being brave and courageous, and becoming well-known heroes. Their story became widely spread in the town and became a legend.
