In ancient China, during the Tang Dynasty, a famous poet named Li Bai was worried about the upcoming imperial examination. He could not sleep at night, and during the day he was absent-minded, always feeling that something was about to happen, making him restless. He tossed and turned, unable to sleep. He kept thinking about the exam content, worried about being unprepared and worried about performing poorly. This anxiety and worry followed him like a shadow, making him physically and mentally exhausted.
